POWER ELECTRONICS

WHAT IS POWER ELECTRONICS?

Power electronics

Power electronics is a technology for converting and controlling high currents and high voltages. It is used in thermal, nuclear, photovoltaic and wind power generation plants, power transmission and transformation systems, as well as in transportation equipment such as bullet trains and electric vehicles, home appliances like microwave ovens, as well as radiological equipment such as our BNCT system. And even in fields of science such as large-scale accelerators that attempt to model the very first moments of the universe.

We produce the following products with SiC semiconductors.
